Annually, HHYRA selects up to 5 new members from a pool of youth applicants aged 14-21 to serve a two year term as an HHYRA Youth Leaders Fellow. HHYRA Fellows co-organize the annual conference, review proposals for the conference, travel to attend national conferences, receive mentorship and training in teaching and leadership, and mentor conference presenters as they develop their sessions.
